Doing Yoga with your kids is a fantastic form of exercise , not only is it a valuable way of bonding with your child with ease and joy, but our classes can help both parent and child with their own physical and emotional well-being.

Yoga can teach your child great skills at an early age which can help them develop an understanding to make positive and healthy choices in life.

Along with fun, our instructors can help promote self-confidence, discipline and expression.  Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves.

Our Free 30min class can give you the opportunity to take part in a yoga class in the comfort of your own home.  This will give you the chance to discuss any future classes or programmes if you feel that Yoga Daijo is right for you.
