Yin Yoga

Yin-Yoga is a slow paced style of Yoga with postures or asana, which are held for longer periods of time. For beginners it may range from 45 seconds to 2 minutes, more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for 5 minutes or more. This form of Yoga greatly helps calm and balance the body and mind. Many of its benefits include stress and anxiety reduction, improved flexibility and greater joint mobility.
